In addition, we are working with ACORD/AUGIE and the Agents Council on Technology (ACT), who have developed the Real Time/Download Campaign to highlight the benefits of these workflows and industry-wide utilization.

Real Time Support
Real-time transactions provide immediate access to customer information and our applications through your management system or comparative rater. We support a wide range of real-time transactions from inquiries to quotes to First Notice of Loss (FNOL). Real-time transactions include: 

  • billing and claims inquiries;
  • quoting for Auto, Home, Package and Umbrella for personal lines;
  • and FNOL and Alerts!.

Download Support
Download transactions send customer data back to your agency management system and completes the data round trip with a real-time transaction start. For personal lines, we download Auto, Homeowner’s, Package, Dwelling Fire and Umbrella. Finally, we also support Direct Bill Commission Data downloads.
