To report a claim by phone, call the Colorado Casualty ANYTIME Claims Service™ at 1-888-298-3778 (toll-free) anytime, anywhere. A trained customer service representative will take the claim information and begin processing it immediately, regardless of the time of day.

Our services include:

  • 24-hour claim reporting 365 days a year;
  • Immediate claim processing;
  • Body shop referral through our PACE program;
  • Rental car referral;
  • Emergency property repairs through our C.A.R.E.S. program;
  • Glass repair through our Total Glass Solution program; and
  • Agent notification of the loss. 
After reporting your claim to the Colorado Casualty ANYTIME Claims Service, a local claims representative will contact you before the end of the next business day. If you report a serious loss—one that involves death or hospitalization, or that makes your place of business uninhabitable—we will contact you that same day and, in most cases, within an hour of your call.

Claims EFT Enrollment

By signing up for our Claims Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Program, you can have your claim payments directly deposited into your bank account at your financial institution through EFT.
